Bilal Engineering Services is an electrical estimating and drafting firm based in Lahore, Pakistan. We work exclusively with electrical contractors and builders in Australia, preparing accurate takeoffs, Bills of Quantities and AutoCAD drawings for commercial, healthcare, aged care, apartment and education projects.
Our team uses PlanSwift for digital quantity takeoffs and AutoCAD for all drafting work. Every estimate is prepared to Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000) and delivered in the format your team needs — typically within 24 hours of receiving drawings.
We understand that tender pricing is commercially sensitive. All project information is handled with strict confidentiality, and we sign NDAs on request before any documentation is shared.

How it works
Email us your architectural and electrical drawings, specifications and any relevant tender documents. PDF or CAD — either format works.
We open your drawings in PlanSwift and measure every item in the electrical scope — cables, conduits, fittings, outlets, lights, boards and trays.
Quantities are transferred to Excel and priced against current rates. The BOQ is structured by trade section and formatted to your requirements.
The completed estimate, BOQ and any supporting notes are emailed back to you — typically within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.
